Tiered pricing for EzNEt Services
EzNet
$300/mo
- Book up to 300 reservations monthly.
- $10 processing fee per booking.
- All bookings and changes must be electronically processed.
EzNet Plus
$500/mo
- Ability to book 301 - 600 reservations monthly.
- $8 processing fee per booking.
- All bookings and changes must be electronically processed.
- Include groups of 10 or more rooms at one hotel with a processing fee of 12%.
EzNet Pro
$900/mo
- Ability to book 601 - 900 reservations monthly.
- $6 processing fee per booking.
- No last-minute booking fees.
- Includes adding your hotel contracts to the system and managing updates to the contract.
- Service includes concierge service for products not in the system at processing fees such as car rentals, non-listed hotels, transportation, and attractions.
- Include groups of 10 or more rooms at one hotel with a processing fee of 10%.
Connectivity Options
Have an existing relationship with a particular brand? No problem! We can easily add a connection to our booking engine. Connectivity with your booking engine is also possible (depending on the vendor).
Booking Policy
Please be advised that we do not offer individual hotel sales as a stand-alone product. Hotels must be part of opaque packages provided to the end traveler.
Hotel reservations booked less than 9 days prior to arrival date will incur an additional processing fee of $5.
Cancellations or changes to existing bookings will not incur processing fees if it is less than 3% of total monthly bookings.

Proprietary FIT Agreements
Need assistance managing contracts? We can help, with no additional processing fees. Let us manage the rate changes, blackout dates, and more. Bookings from third parties receive a $3 credit.
1. Subscription Fee:
- The monthly subscription fee for participating with EzNet starts at $300 monthly. Web prices are subject to change, and the complete rates & terms are available in the annual agreement.
2. Invoicing and Payment:
- Payment for Bookings: Each booking will include the rate plus the service fee and will be billed monthly.
- Due Date: Payment for all bookings is due within seven days of receipt. Any disputes can be held until both companies verify the information; however, the remainder of the invoice is due.
3. Booking Fees and Restrictions by Suppliers:
- At EzNet we will always emphasize the importance of transparency regarding booking fees and restrictions. Agents need to inform travelers to be aware of any additional costs beyond the net rates. Supplementary items such as resort fees, destination fees, and Wi-Fi charges can significantly impact the overall travel expenses and may not be seen in the net rates. Our commitment to transparency and fairness remains unwavering, and we currently support government policies that our industry provides opaque rates when creating offers.
